DPT VET AFF-TRANSPORTATION
Amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Act. Requires the Department to provide transportation between a State veterans' home and the nearest federal veterans' facility for the purpose of receiving medical treatment. Provides that this transportation must be available to all veterans regardless of whether the veteran is a resident of the State veterans' home.
