Companion Bill HB3170. Workers Compensation - Authorizes an employee to select the "operating surgeon and the attending physician" from the employer's panel, instead of the "operating surgeon or the attending physician." - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 6. Fiscal Summary for SB3350 / *HB3170 MINIMAL Bill Summary for SB3350 / *HB3170 ON APRIL 14, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 3170, AS AMENDED.
