Under present law, the proceeds from sales of the Masons new specialty earmarked motor vehicle registration plates are allocated as follows: 50 percent to the Masonic Widows' and Orphans' Home of Tennessee Fund; 40 percent to the Tennessee arts commission; and 10 percent to the state highway fund.

This bill directs all funds produced from the sale of the Masons license plates, minus the state's expenses in designing and manufacturing the plates, to the Masonic Widows' and Orphans' Home of Tennessee Fund.
