Companion Bill HB3141. Sexual Offenders - Requires juveniles 14-18 adjudicated delinquent for commission of offenses of aggravated rape of a child, rape of a child, aggravated rape, and attempt to commit any such offense to register with the sex offender registry as a violent juvenile sexual offender. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39.
