Companion Bill HB3034. Sheriffs - Requires deputies newly assigned to courts to participate in 40 hours of courthouse security training within 12 months of assignment and 16 hours of courthouse security training each year thereafter; training to be approved by Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission. - Amends TCA Section 5-7-108 and Title 38, Chapter 8, Part 1.
