Companion Bill SB3214. Pharmacy, Pharmacists - Requires the board of pharmacy to notify licensed pharmacies and pharmacists of changes to applicable rules, statutes, policies, and guidelines; requires the board to maintain a link on its Web site to applicable statutes, rules, policies, and guidelines; requires that licensees maintain at the sites of their practices a copy of the board's statutes, rules, policies, and guidelines. - Amends TCA Title 53 and Title 63. Fiscal Summary for HB3206 / *SB3214Other Fiscal Impact - The Board of Pharmacy will incur an increase in one-time expenditures of $4,900 and recurring expenditures of $162,800.
