Companion Bill SB3746. Pharmacy, Pharmacists - Requires that prescriptions written or printed by podiatrists, dentists, medical doctors, certified nurse practitioners, optometrists, osteopathic physicians, physician assistants, or any other health care practitioner who is authorized to write prescriptions in Tennessee, be written on tamper-resistant paper that meets certain requirements. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 53 and Title 63.
