Companion Bill SB3657. Utilities, Utility Districts - Creates a water utility board for any municipality that provides water services to subscribers who live within and without the corporate limits of the municipality once the subscriber base outside the corporate limits is greater than 50 percent of the subscriber base inside the corporate limits. - Amends TCA Title 6 and Title 7.
