Companion Bill HB3385. Motor Vehicles - Requires motor vehicles traveling on highways with four or more lanes or on a divided highway to stay in the right hand lanes except to pass, when traffic requires otherwise, or to move over for an emergency or stationary vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 8, Part 1. Revenue - $3,800 Bill Summary for *SB3816 / HB3385 This bill requires drivers who are operating a motor vehicle on a highway with at least four lanes and on divided highways to stay in the right lanes except to pass other motor vehicles, when traffic flow requires, or to yield to an emergency vehicle.
