Companion Bill HB3995. Mining and Quarrying - Includes limestone, dimension stone, marble, and chert in the definition of mineral for purposes of the surface mining law, requires restoration of trails and notification of operations, and makes technical changes to definitions. - Amends TCA Title 59 and Title 69.
