Fiscal Summary for *HB3289 / SB3557Increase State Expenditures - $3,400/Each One-Day Meeting Other Fiscal Impact - Increases the expenditure of lottery proceeds earmarked for scholarships and grants by $30,999,000 in FY08-09 and by $38,545,000 in FY09-10. Bill Summary for *HB3289 / SB3557 Present law provides several lottery-funded scholarships for postsecondary education that are dependent on the financial status of the student or the student's parent or parents.
