Companion Bill SB2809. Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Creates the "lottery for education after school programs grant fund" administered by the department of education for deposit of excess lottery funds for after school programs and technical assistance; provided, that lottery-funded postsecondary financial assistance programs are fully funded; requires after school program grants to be three-year grants. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 51, Part 1 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 7.
