Fiscal Summary for *HB3010 / SB3679 MINIMAL Bill Summary for *HB3010 / SB3679 This bill establishes requirements regarding a labor organization expending money for political activities. Under this bill, a labor organization may only make expenditures for political activities if the organization establishes a segregated fund that meets the requirements of this bill.
