Fiscal Summary for HB2973 / *SB2793Increase Local Expenditures* - $30,039,900 Bill Summary for HB2973 / *SB2793 Under present law, each local education agency (LEA) must pay on behalf of each eligible local education employee participating in the health insurance coverage plan, as a minimum, the percentage specified in the general appropriations act of the premium collected on behalf of each such employee.
