Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - Requires that maintenance, inspection, and testing of medical equipment in nursing homes be done in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and shall meet the standards for such maintenance, inspection, and testing as apply to hospitals; violation would be a Class C civil monetary penalty. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11.
