Fiscal Summary for *HB3006 / SB3773Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *HB3006 / SB3773 This bill requires private employers who employ 25 or more employees for 20 or more weeks in a calendar year to provide paid sick and vacation leave annually to employees as follows: (1) At least seven days for employees who work more than 30 hours a week; (2) At least four days for employees who work 20 to 30 hours a week; and (3) At least two days for employees who work 1,000 to 1,500 hours annually.
