Companion Bill SB3757. Election Laws - Permits the provisions of a charter of any county having a charter form of government concerning the number of signatures necessary to file a petition to amend the charter to control over the present law requirement generally applicable to other governments that have charter provisions concerning recall, referendum, or initiative. - Amends TCA Section 2-5-151.
