Companion Bill HB3160. Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation - Authorizes the distribution of certain fines to designated court programs and specialized court dockets which supervise misdemeanor offenders who suffer from alcohol and drug abuse or co-occurring disorders. - Amends TCA Section 55-10-452.
