Companion Bill HB3479. Sexual Offenders - Prohibits any person convicted of sexual offense against a minor from residing with or being in close proximity to a minor, even if the offender is a parent of the minor; and supersedes any custody decree or visitation order to the contrary. - Amends TCA Title 40.
