County Officers - Changes the benchmark for compensating a full-time county mayor; requires all county mayors to devote full time to the county mayor's office. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 24. Fiscal Summary for *HB3190 / SB3582 Increase Local Expenditures* - Up to $5,454,900 Bill Summary for *HB3190 / SB3582 Present law requires that the salary for any full-time county mayor be at least 5 percent higher than the salary paid to any other county constitutional office, except the judge of general sessions court. The salary of a county mayor who devotes less than full time to the county mayor's office is determined by resolution of the county legislative body.
