Companion Bill HB3800. Cooperatives - Requires the board of directors of a rural electric cooperative to adopt a written policy and make it available to members of the cooperative concerning the manner in which a member of the cooperative may appear before the board. - Amends TCA Title 65, Chapter 25, Part 2.
