Claims Commission, Tennessee - Requires that whenever a claim is brought against the department of children’s services for negligence against a department employee and a claimant is awarded compensation, the claims commission shall set off such award by the amount paid by the department to care for the child or children of the claimant in the custody of the department, if any. - Amends TCA Title 9 and Title 37.
