Fiscal Summary for *SB3270 / HB3678Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *SB3270 / HB3678 This bill requires the department of human services to promulgate regulations that address education of the parents of children in day care regarding the benefits of immunizing their children against influenza. The department would be required to publish information on the department's Web site regarding the benefits of annual immunizations against influenza for children aged six months to five years.
