Companion Bill SB3419. Children - Requires the department of human services to make available to any licensed child care provider a curriculum guideline addressing personal safety including the prevention of child sexual abuse; requires that the personal safety curriculum that will be implemented by the child care provider be made available so that parents and legal guardians have the opportunity to review the curriculum and be aware of the component of the provider's curriculum. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 5.
