Child Custody and Support - Provides that, effective July 1, 2008, child support referees are to receive an annual cost of living adjustment equal to the actual percentage pay increases given to state employees by the general appropriations act. - Amends TCA Section 36-5-402. Fiscal Summary for SB3378 / *HB3201Increase State Expenditures - $8,800 Other Fiscal Impact - Increase Federal Revenue - $17,200 Other Fiscal Impact - The percentage increase for child support referees in subsequent fiscal years will be contingent on the percentage increase appropriated for state employees. (Funding of $26,000 is included in the Governors FY08-09 Recommended Budget)
