Fiscal Summary for *HB3038 / SB3236Other Fiscal Impact - A disbursement of funds from the fraud and economic crime fund to victims of cemetery plot fraud in an amount exceeding $10,000. A more precise cost estimate is not possible because the District Attorneys General Conference has not provided any information to assist in the preparation of this fiscal note.
