Companion Bill SB3508. Billboards - Establishes process for permitting digital display outdoor advertising; requires addendum to an existing billboard permit in order to operate a changeable message sign with digital display in place of any existing permitted outdoor advertising device. - Amends TCA Title 54, Chapter 21, Part 1. Fiscal Summary for *HB3259 / SB3508 Increase State Revenue - $52,500/Highway Fund/FY11-12 and Thereafter Bill Summary for *HB3259 / SB3508 ON MAY 13, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 3259, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill.
