Companion Bill HB2544. Education - Allows the school boards of each county, municipal, and special school district to establish ethical standards used to govern their respective school district; requires the Tennessee School Boards Association (TSBA) to disseminate models of ethical standards for officials and employees of school districts. - Amends TCA Title 8.
