Companion Bill SB3388. Criminal Offenses - Creates a new offense of knowingly leaving a child under seven in a dwelling without supervision; punishable by certain permissible child safety training and as a Class B misdemeanor with a $200 fine only for first offense and a $500 fine only for second or subsequent offense. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15.
