Welfare - Establishes that a child's failure to attend school for purposes of reduction of temporary assistance occurs when the child has more than two unexcused absences; increases the reduction of temporary assistance for a parent or relative caregiver whose child fails to attend school from 20 percent to 100 percent; and requires that such a reduction be in effect for one full month and until such time as the child completes one month of school without two unexcused absences. - Amends TCA Section 71-3-154.
