Fiscal Summary for *SB3046 / HB3068(Corrected) Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *SB3046 / HB3068 Present law authorizes age restricted venues to allow smoking on the premises. An age restricted venue is an establishment that does not admit entry by any person, including an employee, who is less than 21 years of age. This bill authorizes public establishments to employ persons between the ages of 18 and 21 years without being disqualified from being an age restricted venue for purposes of being exempt from the ban on smoking in public places.[...]
