Expenditures* - $30,000 Bill Summary for *HB2919 / SB3264 This bill allows any educational personnel, other than teachers, in Davidson County who are subject to an employment contract, tenure, or other such agreement to demand a hearing on dismissal charges within 30 days after receipt of a notice of dismissal. The employee would be entitled to a full and complete hearing before an impartial hearing officer selected by the board of education of Davidson County.
