ON MAY 13, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 3524, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 requires the comptroller to notify the Tennessee Code Commission by July 1, 2008, of all governmental entities that are continued pursuant to the provisions of this bill.
