Companion Bill HB4011. Pharmacy, Pharmacists - Authorizes a registered pharmacy technician, employed by a federally qualified health center (FQHC), to issue prescription drugs in the FQHC that have been filled by a pharmacist employed by the FQHC and delivered to the FQHC satellite clinic by an agent of the FQHC; revises other related provisions. - Amends TCA Title 53 and Title 63.
