Companion Bill SB3100. Municipal Government - Requires regionally accredited institutions in Tennessee that meet certain criteria to develop curriculum leading to designation "certified municipal finance officer"; exempts designated certified municipal finance officer who has masters degree in public administration from regionally accredited college or university from educational requirements leading to CMFO designation. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 56, Part 4.
