To authorize the Administrator of General Services to provide for the redevelopment of the Old Post Office Building located in the District of Columbia.

Old Post Office Building Redevelopment Act of 2008 - Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to enter into an agreement with a private entity for the redevelopment, construction, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, or use of the Old Post Office Building located at 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue in the District of Columbia.

Requires the Administrator, before entering into such agreement, to transmit a report, including a cost-benefit analysis, to specified congressional committees for review.
