AMENDMENT #1 specifies that the Rosa L. Parks Memorial Highway will encompass the entirety of U.S. Highway 78 that is within Shelby County. This amendment specifies that the appellation "Rosa L. Parks Memorial Highway" is honorary and will not require the alteration of addresses or the renaming of any previously named segments of the affected highway.
