Companion Bill SB2716. Highways, Roads and Bridges - Adds inherently low-emission vehicles (ILEV) with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds or less and low-emission and energy-efficient vehicles (LEEEV) to present list of vehicles authorized to drive in high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 8, Part 1.
