Companion Bill SB3018. General Assembly - Rewrites certain administrative provisions concerning legislation transmitted to and reviewed by the select oversight committee on corrections. - Amends TCA Section 3-15-108. Fiscal Summary for *HB2812 / SB3018 MINIMAL Bill Summary for *HB2812 / SB3018 Present law requires that whenever a bill is filed that impacts the correction system, the clerk must notify the chair of the select oversight committee on corrections and transmit a copy of the bill to the oversight committee. The oversight committee is required to review all the bills transmitted to it no later than four weeks after a bill that impacts the correction system is first introduced.
