ON APRIL 14, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 2994, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill and revises the present law provisions for an M-limited license so that a minor has to be at least 15, instead of 14, years of age to get the license.
