Public Employees - Specifies that judgment or decree fixing the number of deputies and salaries rendered after September 1, which requires additional funding, shall become effective until the following fiscal year; county mayor may settle salary petition or petition to appoint additional deputies in current fiscal year with approval of county legislative body. - Amends TCA Section 8-20-102.
