Companion Bill HB2624. Cemeteries - Makes trustees of cemetery companies personally liable, in addition to being jointly liable, if perpetual care trust funds are insufficient to fund such care; requires the cemetery company to disclose to a purchaser of the right to record a copy of the proof of ownership of a burial plot with the register of deeds. - Amends TCA Title 46.
