ON MARCH 3, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 2782, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 specifies that the restaurant must comply with all requirements regarding on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages except for the requirement of a referendum on liquor by the drink.
