Under present law, unlawful sexual contact against a victim who is less than 13 years of age is the Class B felony "aggravated sexual assault." Also, under present law, unlawful sexual penetration of a victim by the defendant or the defendant by a victim, if the victim is more than three but less than 13 years of age, is the Class A felony "rape of a child."
