Companion Bill SB3718. Highways, Roads and Bridges - Authorizes a third pilot project for a major bridge project crossing the Mississippi River under the Tennessee Tollway Act; and authorizes private construction, improvement, or operation of such project. - Amends TCA Title 54, Chapter 3, Part 1. Fiscal Summary for *HB2768 / SB3718The cost to conduct the feasibility study for such a project would require expenditure of federal planning funds estimated to be between $100,000 and $400,000. These funds would be shifted from other planning projects that would be undertaken in the absence of this legislation.
