Companion Bill SB2888. Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - Requires the commissioner of health, as soon as practicable after the ordering of any suspension of admissions to a nursing home, to provide notice of the suspension to the members of the general assembly in whose district the nursing home is located, unless the immediate protection of the health, safety, or welfare of residents of a nursing home requires otherwise; requires notice to appropriate general assembly members in regard to certain violations in nursing home. - Amends TCA Title 68.
