Fiscal Summary for HB2668 / *SB2624 MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB2668 / *SB2624 This bill establishes uniform rules for subpoenas for depositions and other discovery involving persons outside of this state (referred to in the bill and this summary as "foreign subpoenas"). This bill authorizes a party to submit a foreign subpoena to a clerk of court in the county in which discovery is sought to be conducted in this state. The clerk would issue a subpoena for service upon the person to which the foreign subpoena is directed.
