The personnel advisory board shall be authorized to establish such a pay parameter, and any other pay adjustments, necessary to maintain a stable work force. Such pay parameters and adjustments shall be in addition to salary adjustments as appropriated by the General Assembly. This act is identical to HB 2202 (2008).
