Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *HB2610 / SB3232 This bill prohibits the taking of adverse employment action against any teacher employed by an LEA solely for refusing to participate in, or refusing to remain silent about, illegal activities. Any teacher who suffers adverse employment action in violation of this bill's prohibition would have a cause of action against the employer.
