Companion Bill SB2717. Sexual Offenders - Provides that court or parole board may impose, as condition of release, that a person being supervised for a registrable sexual offense where the victim is a minor, have restrictions placed on the offender's computer use by either prohibiting certain activity or requiring the offender to register certain information. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
